Clinical services

Our rehabilitation team consists predominantly of your admitting Medical Practitioner, Nursing staff, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and Social Worker. Other services you may require could include a Speech Pathologist or Dietitian.

These professionals design and implement programs to enable patients to achieve the highest level of independence in both the hospital setting and on return to home, work and leisure pursuits. Weekly case conferences with the core members of the rehabilitation team are conducted to assess each individual’s program and progress.
