As part of the State Government’s easing of restrictions, from 00:01 Saturday 8 May:
- Four personal visitors are permitted per patient per day. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.
- All visitors will be supplied with a surgical mask, which must be worn at all times. Children under the age of 12 are not required to wear a mask.
- All visitors must sign in using the Safe WA QR code
At this stage, this applies until 00:01 Saturday 15 May 2021
Due to the fluid nature of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Ramsay Health Care visitor policy is subject to change at any time.
Following the advice from the WA Government, social distancing measures and room capacity limits on visitors continue to apply. Special requests and exemptions will be considered by the executive team on a case-by-case basis. Children are included in the visitor room capacity limits.
It’s important we provide quiet times for our patients to rest and recover. However, it can be equally important for patients to receive visitors. We do request our visiting hours are adhered to where possible.
Visiting hours are 11am to 5pm on weekends and 8am to 6pm on weekdays. Please be aware that if you are visiting and treatments or therapy sessions are taking place or in progress you may be asked to wait.
