How to refer

Inpatient referrals

GPs may refer patients direct to Attadale for immediate inpatient care. On admission patients will be placed under the care of one of our specialist physicians.

Doctors with queries regarding referrals should contact ARH on 9330 1000 and speak to the Assessment Nurse.

Inpatient referrals can be sent by fax or email to the Clinical Services Manager or Assessment Nurse:
