We continuously strive to improve the quality of service provided. A patient questionnaire will be available in your room to assist us with this. Comments are strictly confidential, and you are encouraged to complete the form. The Clinical Nurse Manager and hospital executive team are available, should you wish to discuss any issues, which may arise during your stay.

Appointments

The nursing staff will arrange any appointments with your specialist if they occur during your stay.

It is advisable that you express your concerns before you leave the hospital so we can work with you to resolve these. Please discuss any issues with the nurse in charge, however, if you remain concerned, please ask to speak to the Nurse Unit Manager or the Director of Clinical Services.

Your general practitioner will be sent a summary of your illness, treatment and care. A copy of your ongoing treatment, appointments and medications will be given to you.
